This is a static site with no contact form and no backend, so email is the only channel — which also means nothing you send passes through this site at all.

What to expect
The site is maintained by one person alongside other work. Replies usually take a few business days. Corrections to the arithmetic or to a stated ratio get handled first, because a wrong number here is worse than a missing feature.
Reporting a wrong result
Please include:
- The exact width and height you entered, and which section of the calculator you used.
- The result the tool gave and the result you expected.
- Your browser, if the problem looks like a display issue rather than a math issue.
Before reporting, two things are worth ruling out because they are the most common surprises rather than bugs. First, an "ugly" ratio such as 683:384 for 1366×768 is the mathematically correct answer — the walkthrough is on the pixels-to-ratio page. Second, a rounding warning means the exact result genuinely was fractional; 16:9 at 1000 px wide is 562.5 px tall, and no calculator can make that a whole number.
Suggestions
Useful suggestions include a standard ratio or resolution worth adding to a table, or a resolution whose ratio is commonly misreported. If you are proposing a platform export size, a link to the platform's own guidance helps — these change, and the site tries not to repeat stale numbers.
What this site cannot help with
We cannot debug your video editor, encoder or camera settings, recover a badly cropped file, or advise on which ratio a particular client or platform wants. The tool computes ratios and resizes; everything beyond the arithmetic belongs to the software you are using.
Background on the formulas and the accuracy rules is on the about page, and how data is handled is in the privacy policy.
